LED Lights Are a Smart Investment For Your Consumer

According to Home Energy Saver, an online resource developed by the U.S. Department of Energy, LED lights use between 75 to 80 percent less energy, saving consumers as much as $75 a month. They also last more than 25 times longer than traditional light bulbs, easing your headache for replacement and maintenance.

LED Lights Are Energy Efficient

LED bulbs require much less wattage than traditional light bulbs which is why they are more energy-efficient. LED bulbs use up to 90% less energy than traditional bulbs, reducing the load on electric power plants. 95% of energy in LED’s is converted into light and only 5% is wasted as heat, whereas, traditional bulbs do the exact opposite.

LED Lights Reduce Your Carbon Footprint

Since LED bulbs consume less power per unit of light emitted, greenhouse emissions from power plants are significantly reduced. A study done by the Environmental Protection Agency concluded that by replacing only ONE light bulb in every house in the United States with an LED bulb it would reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 9 billion pounds. Crazy, right?!
